Subscriptions
The company workspace starts with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the current proposed plans are SAR 40 per month or SAR 330 per year, before any applicable taxes. A completed one-time payment extends the subscription for the purchased term. Automatic recurring renewal is NOT enabled in this release. Rates and applicable taxes are displayed for confirmation before payment.
Code Pro consultations
Indicative consultation fee: SAR 250 per 60-minute session before applicable taxes. Expert bookings and expert payouts do not use the subscription checkout and remain disabled until booking, cancellation, dispute and payout procedures are approved. Service terms for professionals are available separately.
Payment methods and security
When merchant onboarding is complete, accepted methods may include mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay as supported by the selected payment service provider and your device. The provider processes the card or wallet transaction; the website does not collect raw card data and never publishes business settlement account details. A payment is recognized only after server-side provider confirmation.
Cancellation, refunds and support
To request cancellation, correction, refund or billing support, contact us through the support form. Refund eligibility and tax invoice handling will be finalized in the published commercial contract and in accordance with applicable Saudi law. Sending a payment request does not itself activate paid access.
Privacy
See privacy notice for personal data practices. Payment reference IDs and billing records may be retained for reconciliation and lawful accounting duties.
